Learning to Lead – Advanced builds on core leadership foundations and takes a deeper look at what it really takes to lead teams through change, performance challenges, and growing complexity. It focuses on how leaders think, decide, and influence, not just what they do.
This workshop equips emerging leaders with the tools to create direction, remove barriers, and build engaged, accountable teams without falling into reactive or “set up to fail” leadership patterns.
