Our story

Too many organisational training sessions offer cookie-cutter workshops that don’t meet company needs in a specific and meaningful way. We believe professional learning can be so much more.

CAL Corporate Solutions (CCS) is an initiative of the College for Adult Learning that brings together experienced and passionate facilitators and person-focused training designers. By working together, we can forge a future where tailored organisational upskilling focuses on empowering individuals to elevate the collective. This creates real outcomes for your people and your business.

College for Adult Learning

As passionate educators and leaders with over 30 years experience in vocational and higher education, we were continually frustrated with the ‘one size fits all’ training standards being forced on the Australian workforce. We’ve combined the knowledge and experience of these amazing educators to create CAL corporate solutions.

With a shared vision to create holistic learning experiences, blending both standardised VET industry competencies and laser-focused custom skills support to meet the needs of the modern business landscape. This strategic alliance gives us the flexibility to design and deliver bespoke end-to-end workforce development strategies that create real outcomes for your people, and your business.

Understanding your needs

Our learning team can assist your organisation in developing a thorough Training Needs Analysis. We utilise diagnostic tools to identify skill gaps and understand your team’s specific needs, enabling us to develop strategies perfectly aligned with your organisational goals and desired outcomes.

Design a solution that works for you

At this stage, we chat through some pre-program planning over Zoom (approx. 30–40 minutes) to discuss potential solutions. This allows us to customise our training further with any of our tailored activities that are relevant to your business and staff.

Implement your solution

We work around your work schedules to deliver the solutions you need in the way you need them, whether that’s online, face-to-face, or hybrid.

We’ll also provide learning materials that participants can use both in the training, and as a handy reference tool after the workshop.
